Trickle-down Economics

Hello everybody. We had a great time playing at IOTA Club in Arlington, VA again. We made some new friends and also hooked up with some older ones as well. Here is drummer Dave Heilman making friendly in his usual way with a fiberglass pig at the Eastern Market area in DC where some of us crashed (and, oh, did we crash).
The indidenous softshell crabcake was "simply divine" and definitely "to die for".

We stopped at this park right by Reagan Airport and tried to take some scenic pictures, but these dumb camera hogging planes would try and get into our pictures at all costs. I'm sorry but this is best shot of us that we could get.

Guys, you won't believe it, but your Countdown became my most favourite song. Just can't stop listening to it! But can't find the lyrics anywhere.:(
Anyway, I guess I'm already your big fan. Stay cool.:)

Love the sound. i like modern rock with a sprinkle of prog. it was my era i guess. good solid songs and performances, very nicely recorded. i'll have to pick up a copy soon.

I hate to point out the obvious but that is a very gay pose. Was that intentional?

i'll have to check out Jac's book too. thanks for stopping by my blog to say hello.

ELO is a band i never bought records by but wanted to...now that i'm older, and most new music makes me yawn, i'm buying vinyl of old bands i never checked out much back in the day. so, cool.

your band is a great new music find though....other more contemporary stuff i like...Poster Children, Pinback, New Pornographers....

thanks for the lowdown on ELO. I don't mind dated too much. i like a lot of stuff that's dated. i've heard many of the early ELO stuff but just never bought it. but the ones you mentioned i have not heard so i'll look for it.

and i'll have to check out polysics too. sounds cool.

yeah fred frith is awesome. have you heard Gravity? It's on my top 100 albums of all time!

Hey, think you are great. I'd gotten a hold of Countdown & Wrong Line off snowcap before and was thrilled that you have your whole album up there now. Bought all the rest. Hope you come to Minneapolis sometime because I'd love to catch you live.
