Sunshower Tour w/ Regina Spektor (Day 6)

We drove through the night straight to our friend's house in D.C. He had already left for work by the time we rolled in so we ate all his chips and found some beds...we only got about 3 hours sleep before we had to wake up and head to the venue so thanks for the "nap stations" Rich!!!

We loaded in to D.A.R. Constitution Hall at a record time...3 minutes. (Gotta love that crew) Super tired, but super excited we played a really fun show to a crowd that plugged us back in. We met a lot of these people after the show and they gave us all cavaties...so damn sweet! Congrats to Ben Foster for winning our ticket give-away and we're sorry Chris McKinney got held up with parking :( at least you caught a little bit of the set!



After the set Regina put on a GREAT show...if you haven't heard her voice live yet, do it. Incredible.

K's Mom and Dad came to the show from Norflok and got to hang with us all backstage....look at these cute Ishibashis..awwww

Pat's friends, Ryan and Alison Medland made the trip too...Alison's middle name is "Yard." For real. It's "Yard."

They snuck into Regina's BAND dressing room...ate all their snacks. (what's up CHO! whatd'ya gonna do about it???)

Zac was drinking with Tamira, Drew, and Adrienne in the van all night so we have no pics, but for the record, they're all very attractive people. We swear. After the show we said good bye to Rich and his lovely lady Caroline then drove through the night back to NYC.

Pat got an iPhone and ever since he won't even SLEEP without it...he loves that thing...i'm starting to get jealous...



He uses it s much that it needs to be charged every few hours....here it is on stage during soundcheck.

(We're getting concerned)

Zac can't relax if he knows I'm driving so he shuts himself out of reality for some sleep....

He's probably smart....cuz while everyone's asleep...I'm driving down the highway...

...it's late...

...and I'm taking pictures???

(I was bored)

In any case, I got us home in one piece...and we all went to sleep around 5am....but not to worry...We got the day off!
